To Keep the Bubbly Bubbly...

I didn't know that to keep a champagne bubbly, all you have to do is to put a tea spoon into the bottle!

Maybe I should try it the next time I open a bottle of champagne!

But the question would then be: To insert the spoon upon opening of the bottle of champagne? Or when I've decided to keep it?
