Look Mum, see what the cat dragged in!

Saw this interesting scene while on my way to training, couldn't help it but to snap the following pictures:

It's not often that you see something like this, the very most that i've seen is a cat 'battling' with a cockroach!

I must admit, I did a double take when I first saw it!

Look Mum, see what the cat dragged in!

Wine and Dine

Got wined and dined tonigh at Dempsey's Place, Courtesy of Sheldon. Thanks! =)

It was the first time I've been to the area, or rather, at least the first time I remember myself going to that area.

It was fantastic, although the roads could be improved on... haha... =P

Went for dinner at The House (http://www.dempseyhouse.com/), followed by drinks at Harry's. Dinner was quite nice, owner of the place is totally hot! There were both indoor and outdoor seating area, with nice ambience and all. We had our dinner indoors, then took a tour round the area, through the bar and spa area. Quite a nice place to just sit and chill, provided that you have got your own transport.

Saw Jerry from Disney over there, who was celebrating a colleague's birthday. Still looks as handsome as ever! I wonder how he keep shis skin so clean and smooth... hmmm...

Too bad I have yet to get my new camera, else I would have posted photos of everything here!

Confusion

I got a free invite to the movie Undead that's screening at Cathay Cineleisure yesterday.

As I do not have many friends who are fans of horror like I am, I asked my boss along for the event.

After leaving the office at 6pm sharp (which is a VERY rare thing), we headed down to collect the tickets as well as have dinner at Sakae Teppenyaki. Dinner was fairly good, interesting as it was my first time having that.

Following that, we headed down to the arcade and pitted our skills at game House of the Dead 2. 2, mind you, not the latest, 4! Haha... Going for our movie after that, we made a great boo-hoo.

Our movie was supposed to be in Cinema 7, but I think we headed to Cinema 6 instead and caught the movie Brothers. Brothers is actually not too bad, as there is the suave Andy Lau to admire. I do think that he gets better with age. Looks so good in a suit, making me wanna meet such a person in Singapore. I think that if I do, my heart would go humpily-hump all the time.

I think that yesterday was a very lucky day for my boss as he managed to skip yet another parking ticket! Muahaha!

Em Studio Martini Night!

Went for the Launch of Choya Martini the other night with Francis.

We took a cab there from Clarke Quay as we did not know how to walk there. Hence the Martinis cost us like, $0.40 each?

It was followed by Elliott's birthday celebration at Kandi Bar, which got him totally high (as per what I heard). Glad that you had fun, peace out!

2006-2007 has been quite a fruitful year for me... I've stayed on with my job, seen coutless people come and go. Made new friends, found a new hobby: Partying! New boyfriend, who is now history, holidays, new things to handle and such.
Took 3 trips since the last update, namely to Taiwan, Tioman and KL. Trip to KL is courtesy of Eugene, with whom I tagged along for his business trip. Muahaha...
Lets see what the new post bring us. I shall endevour to update the postings as often as possible *crosses fingers*

After 2 years of absence...

2004 till 2006... It has been 2 whole years since I have last touched this blog... So many things has happened, so much things learnt, so many people seen. And basically, so much headache.

Colleagues have changed from friendly to being indifferent, especially some people from some education institution, behaving like they are all high and mighty, it's no wonder that I don not like their institution in the first place.

Making one to do all dirty work, it is just so ARGH! But then again, oh well... What can one do? Can only smile, and yes, yes, yes.

Oh well, tomorrow will be a better day.

Peace up and out...
